Free Return Shipping for USA and Canada Customers 🚚

If you're a customer in the USA or Canada, we've got some great news for you! We offer free return shipping within 30 days of receiving your order. All you need to do is use our pre-paid return shipping label, and you're good to go! 🎉

This applies to all items that are eligible for returns and still have their original tags attached. So, if you change your mind about a purchase or need to exchange an item, no worries - we've got your back! 😊

To initiate a return and request a pre-paid return label, simply fill out your information at the returns contact us info@nogu.studio. They'll be happy to assist you! 💌

Just remember, it's important to print a physical copy of the pre-paid return label in order to use our convenient pre-paid service. Unfortunately, we can't send you a pre-printed label. So make sure you have access to a printer before requesting the label. 🖨️

Return Policy for Customers Outside USA and Canada 🌍

If you're located outside the USA or Canada, please note that return postage is not covered by your original purchase. Any costs associated with returning an item would need to be paid by you as the customer.

HOW DOES THE NOGU LIFETIME WARRANTY WORK?

United States & Canada

If you've purchased a NOGU product from www.nogu.studio after October 1, 2017, you're covered by our Lifetime Warranty.

Within the First Year: If your purchased item arrives damaged within the first year from the delivery date, we'll replace it for free, hassle-free.

After the First Year: For items damaged after the first year (365 days) from the delivery date, we offer replacement. There might be a flat-rate $10 USD fee to help cover postage, processing, and delivery costs. This fee is case-dependent.

To process your replacement, simply email us a picture of the damage to info@nogu.studio. In most cases, that's all we need to get started. If a return is necessary, we'll provide a pre-paid shipping label so you can return the item without any cost or visit to the post office.

Track the progress of your replacement via email updates and real-time tracking information.

Please note that the Lifetime Warranty only covers replacement availability, not return/refund eligibility. Also, for returns, authorization is only valid up to 30 days from the receipt of the item.

Outside of USA & Canada

Purchased a NOGU product from www.nogu.studio? Our Lifetime Warranty has you covered.

WHICH ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND?

Earrings

👂 Earrings are a personal item and for hygiene reasons, they cannot be returned. However, if your earrings arrive damaged or defective, don't worry! We'll replace them according to our warranty.

Custom Engraved Products

💍 If you've personalized your item with a custom engraving, please note that it cannot be returned for a refund. However, if it arrives damaged or defective, we'll happily replace it as per our warranty.

Gift Cards

💌 Our gift cards are digital-only items and unfortunately cannot be returned for a refund. But hey, they make great presents!

Shipping Fees

🚚 Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once the shipment has been made. This includes cases where the package is returned to us, lost in transit, marked undeliverable, or abandoned. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase!
